    Hi,
    The only thing to suspect here with that many brush failures is the carpet surface is really putting a strain on the brush motor. If you obtain another Roomba and want to test that theory try sending it on shorter cleaning missions of no more that 30 minutes. Then let the brush motor cool before sending it on more missions. See if that treatment improves the longevity of your brush.
