including 2 coexecutors.the father had seperate checking account alone.coexecutors fight whether joint account should be included in estate's assets

     If it is written in the will that those 5 beneficiaries are to be included in that specific account only then they will be partner's in that account.


    If its not mentioned in the will about the account in the will then those 5 beneficiaries are not included or entitled for that account.
