flat chested need help

ok i am flat chested and its not like im gettin made fun of cus i go to a private school and there are only 9 kids in the entire 7th grade. i just hate that feeling of being smaller than everyone cus its like EVERYONE is big chested now but i dont want to have ask my mom to bring me to the mall to buy like a push up bra or pads or something, is there anythin i can do
