My husband thinks he may have fractured his p***s, but from what I have read he would have been in a lot of pain. He had no pain but he turn all black and blue. He says that since then he feels he is not getting a full erection.

Would need to know the mechanism of injury (how this happened); but, in general, it sounds like he has experienced some leakage from the corpus collosum - the large blood vessel which causes erections. This can occur in a number of ways - physical blow, too much suction from a "device", physical constriction from a band, etc. Application of ice packs to the penile/s*****m area, staying well-hydrated, a NSAID pain reliever (specifically Aspirin or Ibuprofen) should alleviate the discoloration in a few days. If he continues to feel that he is not achieving a "full erection", see a physician.
