   Hi,
   The most common problem is the condenser under the refrigerator is clogged with lint. Pull the unit away from the wall for clearance,tip it rearward, and have someone use a vaccum on the dust. Unplug the unit while working on it and remove what can slide around be careful not to damage the works underneath, as dirt is the whole problem.................. Get it clean as you can and reset to factory settings and leave it alone for 24 hours.
   
   The FACT THAT IT IS STILL FREEZING MEANS THE WORKS ARE OK.!
   If it still doesn't work correctly, you need freon added by aservice man, but I think cleaning is all you will need.
   
   You might remove the back and clean behind the unit if needed.
