   morning i have a few problems i hope you can solve. i play a lot of poker regularly live, just started playing on the computor within the last month  or so for real money. this is a horible situation and how you guys are getting away w/ this is unreal!! i know it is not just your sight but all of them actually, you have one of the less obvious but still a blatten scame, noticable to real players, none of this being my problem, just venting ,cheaper than counseling. never did get my matching deposit sign-up bonus pretty upsetting could you help w/ getting that going. also finally won a tournament, again a serious daily player in real life, was not interested in playing in follow-up tournament so sleep through it, and did not register to play in it, but full tilt toook the liberty to do this, again in my opioon a scame not to pay , i would like the cash put into my cash account and i will decide like a grown person how and when it will be spent !! so now you have read my long winded problems , so oh great wizzard please fix me w/o  a bunch of stress , i don,t do stress well .. thanks, $109 on the tournament and if i where to guess on all of the entrance fees it would be in the $400 plus range but your going to have to look that up  ew               thanks
