What you are describing IS the flame sensor circuit at first glance. If you board is caked with dust, you need to first shut off power then clean the board with some compressed air in a can. Like for computers. Next pay close attention to the fs wire on the board and make sure it is clean and making good contact.
Since the flame sensor is located opposite of the ingnitor , make absolutely sure that the jets are ALL lighting . I say this because I had a furnace that gave me fits one time, doing the same thing. Found out it was the LAST jet was not lighting but half way. That flame sensor HAS TO BE IN THE FLAME. Another thing I would check would be the vacuum sensor or venting motor limit. If they get a hole in the diaphram it will get the OK to light signal but will loose its suction and shut off. (vacuum hoses too). The board itself could be the culprit, but that is a LAST resort. Thanks and Ill be watching.
