   If the sound is coming from the engine is going to be the piston bearing they are worn out the sound sounds like metal hitting metal it is cause because the piston bearing are worn and there is about half of 1 cm and to make sure it's that turn the on the engine and then play with the gas throttle to see if the noise increases or decreases if it does that the problem. my truck did the sound you seem to be talking about well good luck.
