The literal translation is "may his/her soul be on the right hand of God". Adding the "dílis" at the end makes it "may his/her loyal/faithful soul be on the right hand of God".
What you have above means "may *my* soul be on the right hand of God", so if you want to put it on a gravestone or memorial it should be "ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam (dílis)".
