I used to run for my team when I was in high school, I performed really well, as time passed by I did not focus on running any more as I am working in a bank nowadays, I just got an opportunity to run at a marathon, but unfortunately I have forgotten all workout techniques for running, can I have a guide for some general strengthening exercises for running?
