i've been using this iris lightener from eyeslighter.info and its been two weeks now and i already see results, even though i was hesitant at first becuase its cheaper than the iris lightener from isis cosmetics, but its works just as good if not better than isis cosmetics.

Guest56984 You are full of it. I have been using their natural hair relaxer for over a year and it hasn't damaged my hair at all. I first purchased the product due to a positive posting on the ~long hair care forum~. I used the product on my long 4b hair and it loosened my curl to like a 3b. It does wear off after in like 3 weeks but I'm glad it does cuz that lets me know it's not a permanent thing. So I apply it once a week to keep up the results. If you hair fell out your sh**t was already damaged or you're just lying to steal business away from them. Just remember Karma is a bytch

  3. Guest56984

I purchased the hair relaxer, followed the directions exactly, including a strand test. After the strand test, my hair was not one bit straighter, but I proceeded. As I applied to my entire head, as directed, using fingers, the hair began falling out in huge clumps! There was no invoice in my package, so no contact information. Plus, when you click the "contact" link on the website, you get only an error message. I had to submit a "testimonial" in order to make contact. I sent two emails and received none back. I contacted the BBB. This unstable individual then claimed to have sent emails and ranted irrationally, calling me a liar and grasping at any straw possible. Btw, there have been BBB 8 complaints filed against this company. Needless to say, this individual is unethical, irrational and not to be trusted.

Yes it does, but it takes time, Write down when you start and keep tract of your progress....ask a close friend if they notice any changes...they will at least be honest....and don't forget :  Consistency is the key...Isis is a funky company..I hat e to dog them but I don't like rude people...I tried to increase the size of the photos so I could see better and a message comes up  "THIEF"...thought that was weird....they shouldn't put such bad, unclear pictures on their web site.. so not profesional.. .there are other companies  who sell the product ...look on line! :)

Hi, I'm trying to access the eye color board but can't see anywhere to register in order to gain access. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks! :)

  7. JJSK

Started it 2 days ago .. The products took awhile to arrive but they finally  did . About 2 weeks .. The bottles were sealed and in a small brown box . Professional . You need to keep products refrigerated and in the dark .  .. The first day 24 hrs use one of each drop in opposite eyes to make sure no reaction .. Then use MSM 1 drop each waking hour for first day . After that MSM drop wait 30 mins use ARBUTIN drops 1-2 x a day . The products burn just a bit and only for a second . My eyes are very dark brown and you can barely see the pupil so I'm hoping for any type of lightening .  I have had no problems with the company , they can only go by what  have to deal with . Like anything your taking a risk buying a product if it doesn't work for you too bad ..why should they give u back your money if it didn't work for you but did or others .

Keep u posted on the progress i make :) LI have no affiliation with the co only a customer

Yes, it does work. It just might seem like it doesn't because it takes some time to see the results. Use it for a year (if you can afford it!) and you will see some changes. Just remember, the product will definitely not change your eye color, but only make it lighter. If your eyes are black, they can only be brown and never hazel. If you try, you're eyes will only become yellowish light brown and still not hazel. Hope this helps. :)

  9. Guest8787

I've been using the iris lightening kit for 6 months & I have had great results. My whole family has green & hazel eyes. I'm the only true "brown eyed girl" in the fam. I hate wearing contacts because they are so f@!king irritating. So I found this website after searching for herbal eye drops & a bunch of other search terms. I bought 2 kits to start, and i used it like clock work everyday until I saw some results. I agree with Guest21642419 with the product taking time to work but my eyes are a really light brown almost hazel. Everyone keeps asking me where I get my contacts and that they look so real. I tell them my eyes are real and I have had to lie and say the reason they changed color is because & stopped eating red meat : P Yeah I know I couldn't come up with anything better.haha. I would have said vegetarian but no one would would believe that, it's hard enough to pass the "i dont eat red meat anymore" excuse haha

  10. Guest7898

i'm thinking about buying this product.. but i need your personal opinion.. guetsXXXX ..do you tthink that0s worths it? and if you know another product from this kind?

  11. Guest9043

Let me explain a little bit about the mammalian iris.  Everyone (yes, everyone) has blue eyes.  The difference between a person with brown eyes and a person with blue eyes is the presence of a pigment layer called melanin on top of the iris stroma.  The stroma naturally reflects blue, and so, a person with no or little pigment has blue eyes.  Brown eyed people have a significant amount of pigment, whereas people with green and hazel eyes have something in between.  Now, if this product works as stated (depigmenting of the iris), then what Guest21642419 stated is simply incorrect.  If one were to eliminate all of the pigment in their irises, their irises would change to blue.  It's that simple.  There is no difference between "lightening" and "changing" eye color.  If you lighten your iris, then you are changing the color.  Brown would turn to light brown, then to hazel, then to green, and finally to blue.  That's how the iris color spectrum works.  If the product claims to do otherwise, then it is a lie.

  12. Guest2599

    @Guest21666869 & Guest21642419

Well the product only claims to "lighten" your eye color. They don't promise anything esle obviously not to give certain expectations to certain desperate people who want blue eyes. I've used it myself for 3 weeks and my eyes have lightened in color a lot. but then I've been a vegetarian for 3 yrs which might account for how well my eyes have responded to the product. The only way you would find out if your eyes will change blue is if a person used it for so long that it completely removed all pigment. I'm pretty sure this product can but I myself dont plant on finding out. Because for 1, blue eyes arent attractive to me at all. Besides I'm not European/White & it wouldn't even look right. When I get a light hazel color I plan on stopping use. Well, 5-Stars to Isis Cosmeceutical for creating this product. To bad it wasnt available before all those people who got tht horrible `New Color Iris` surgery, damaged their eyes and had to pay thousands more to remove the implant.

  13. Guest5833

I keep hearing about eyecolor changing from eating raw fooods only. Then there are 2 people talking about vegetarin here. Is it true you can make your eyes turn blue if you go raw? Anyone who has experience please reply

  14. Guest9341

I've been using this product for a little over a week now. I can already see a difference. My eyes still look incredibly dark and I have very dark brown eyes. But I can see that my eyes are definitely getting a bit lighter and are starting to take on a lovely amber color. It's probably going to take awhile to get some major results. The iris lightener kit says it takes weeks to kick in. I believe this product is worth the time and investment.

  15. Guest6273

I'm a raw vegan and my eyes were brown and they're now hazel and are probably gonna turn green and I have blue rings at the end. It's true, when you're raw vegan, and you don't have true brown eyes, your color is gonna change. And I've seen it happen to a LOT of raw vegans too. And for those who are detoxing, there's a science called iridology who believes in this as well.

  16. Guest6055

    Isis cosmeceuticals !!!! don#t even waist your money and time ; check the reply i received for their customer service ;

Look for "confidence" to spend your money elsewhere, you SHEEP. We constantly sell out of this product & it has continued to work for EVERYONE who has used it. Your attempt to ruin our business & hurt our sales has FAILED. Your fraudulent post has actually brought MORE traffic to our website. So you have inadvertently given us more business...THANKS ! :) Don't bother replying you email is being blocked after sending this message.

so you see, never did  review but the customer service is horrible ; so go and ger your product elsewhere.

  17. Guest6755

Hi there after reading all this post, i do not what to think... I'm a scientist so I decided to investigate how this product works. Guest21666869 is right, melanin and eumelanin are the main pigment on the iris, and  this is composed by 2 layes. the inner layer is always very pigmented and cannot be depigmented, BUT the outer layer of the iris is the main responsable of giving your eye color and it can be depigmented by arbutin since the principal component is melanin.

So the good news is. The ISIS product COULD WORK... in theory.

The bads news is that the customer service results to be a total a*****e. I had the oportunity to get a live chat with him, and they are quite disrespectful. at least response your questions and then just cut you off. They might think that they are the monopoly in iris depigment agents, well.. they will regret when someone gives a little competence.

Now they have not stock, so when i found a new website offering the same product i will post it right here.Maybe that will show to them what is customer service, and what are the consequences.

Personally i was the intention to buy it but i regret, not because the product does not work.. just because they treat me in way that i dont feel safe to make a purchase. Does not look profesional.. and i do not know who is behind that chat window..

I have no idea what the problem is with Guest22145037 & Guest21891109. Their English so bad I can barely make out what they are complaining about except for bad customer service. Besides, we'll never know what they did to prompt the responses that they claimed to have gotten from customer service. I work with the public and people do exspect you to remain docile & passive while they are nasty disrespectful and mean to you, being a store employee. So we'll never know what REALLY happened .lol. Well anyway, I have been using the product for 4 months now and my eyes went from medium brown to a hazel-green color. This product is amazing and I hope they continue making it. Yeah they go out of stock a lot but their sales volume is probably quite high, and from my results I see why. I plan on using the kit for maybe another month & and stopping. I don't want blue eyes and I think that if I continue use, this will eventually happen.

Guest 22280960 - would you mind sharing pictures of your progress? I'd love to see.  I can give you my email if you don't want to share it publicly.  Thanks.

  21. Guest4474

I have been using it for a week now. I dont see much difference but then its only been a week. I have been looking EVERYWHERE online to see before and after photos of this product but so far I have found only ONE video on you tube that shows two photos. So I have started taking pics of my eyes on a weekly basis (week one, week two... so on) So far I only have one pic (week one) lol. I will upload them to you tube after 5 weeks and hopefully I will be able to see a difference in my iris color.

question:  I have medium brown eyes. I used Lumigan (latisse, careprost etc) for about 10 weeks.. they say that darken your iris color permanently.. so will the Iris Lightning Kit work on me?

  22. Guest4359

Guest 22338908 - If the product works at all, then yes, it should work on you.  The Lumigan might make eyes darker by increasing melanin production.  The Isis product (in theory) simply breaks it down.  Anyway, I want to see your progress!

  23. Guest1839

Guest22338908 why are you using Lumigan and the iris lightening kit at the same time? Thats just dumb. You probably wont get any  results at all. Lumigan darkens everything it touches. Eye lids, eye lashes and IRISES!  I stopped using it when I started my iris lightening drops. I mean common sense would tell anyone to do so.

  24. Guest4814

guest 22339868, maybe you should actually read what the other poster wrote.  She (or he) said "used", not "is using", clearly past tense.

  25. Guest7988

yes.. thank you for that! lol I "Used" it. I am not using it anymore. I dont want anything to countereact the iris lightening kit's effect. I let you know when I post up the youtube video. Thanks guys! :-)

  26. Guest2078

hi guys, here is what i did for my eye lightening. this is the technique used in far eastern countries. i came across a website isis-cosmeceuticals.com i read the full list of ingredients in details. the ingredients used are alpha arbutin (10% with 90% distilled water) and msm eye drops with distilled water.  i also heard that people in far east use urine to lighten the colour of their eyes. my research showed that urine contains 60% to 70% of a substance called arbutin. (a natural lightening agent found in pears and bearberry) so i ordered alpha arbutin powder mixed it with distilled water. the ph should not be more than 6.1 i also ordered msm eye drops. i use msm drops (they soften the walls of iris) then use my arbutin drops (to lighten the pigmentation of iris) and this solution is strong enough to lighten the eyes permanently. so why pay someone $95 for something you can make yourself. p.s arbutin and msm are non toxic and do not harm eyes in any ways but please do your own research before using anything. good luck

  27. Guest8580

What brand was the Alpha Arbutin powder you used? and have you seen results?

If you have... do you have pics?

    Flickr picture perhaps or photobucket.

  42. Guest2953

For those using arbutin and MSM, how do you know how often to instill the drops into the eye for each product?

  43. Guest238

i use one drop msm first then one drop arbutin but donot put the drops more than twice a day, i was putting it 4 times a day which gave me amazing results in just a week but doing that also gave me a bit of red eye problem. so i would advice one drop before sleep or max twice a day. let us know how it goes.

  44. Guest4520

Thanks for that information. I guess I was over-doing it. I've been putting both drops (msm and arbutin) in about 10 times a day, maybe more.  In 8 days I have seen no change yet.  My eyes are not red. I think I better back off the frequency.

I ordered my drops a few days ago but have not heard anything from Isis yet.  I hope my drops arrive.  How long did you have to wait for them to arrive?

  47. Guest1317

Coffee/Chestnut, did u ever hear from Isis?

  48. Guest7371

    To Guest22423719 from Coffee/Chestnut,

Yes the parcel has been shipped.

  49. Guest757

great, good luck!  I look forward to your success!

  50. Guest2574

Today is day 12 of arbutin/MSM. No change yet. From what I have read, it seems to take awhile to work. I don't know how some people can see results in a week. I have medium brown eyes. I will keep going and see what happens.

  51. Guest7827

may be my results were quicker cos i used honey for a month before using arbutin. i stopped using honey, as the results with honey are not permanent p.s it stings a lot, arbutin doesn't sting but after few mins i feel a bitter taste in my throat as arbutin passes through the system.

if arbutin is slow for you try using honey. perhaps use one drop honey in the morning and arbutin before sleep. it might make things quicker. don't use undiluted honey it will sting. dilute it in boiled cool water. good luck

  52. Guest4234

my iris colour used to be so dark that one of my friend told me that she has never seen eyes as dark as mine but now the colour is much lighter that you can clearly tell the different layers of my eyes in all types of lights. however it's not that dramatic the change is slow. give it time and hopefully you will see results, everyone is different i guess.

  53. Guest7686

Guests 22461536 and 22461552, are you using the Isis products?

  54. Guest6051

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NOOOOOOO.

DON'T waste your money on this c**p. The people selling this are rude, and their products don't do SH*T. Why do you think the people who "have had success" aren't posting pictures? BECAUSE THEY ALL WORK FOR ISIS COSMECUTICALS, A FILTHY, DIRTY COMPANY WHO ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY. When I find something that does work, I will come back and report. But nobody buy anything from Isis! ALL their products are sh*t and the ones that might work are ridiculously overpriced.

Sorry for the language, but this company is one of the most deceiving companies I have EVER come across, and I just had to warn all. UGHHHHH.

  55. Guest9993

Guest 22463001 what was your experience with them? Did you use one of their products?

  56. Guest3986

lol at the comments, no i'm not using isis, please refer to my answer 22356480. i made my own drops with arbutin powder. i would agree with the last answer why pay someone for something that you can make yourself.

  57. Guest8694

To  Guest22463001 (or anyone else for that matter)

When you say "Don't waste your money on this c**p", do you mean Isis' particular eye lightening kit, or arbutin in general for iris lightening?

  58. Guest2692

    To Guest22463001 from Coffee/Chestnut,

I appreciate Isis may have been rude to you but unless you have created a product that works and you can prove it works, stop criticising.

Lots of people have had results with Arbutin from Isis.  I, myself have been using it for 6 days and have seen results.

By the way, for anyone who's interested, the parcel arrived in the UK within 6 days of placing an order.

  59. Guest9318

Congratulations on your progress Coffee/Chestnut. Is it working better than the honey drops (and feeling better)?

  60. Guest4086

    To Guest22476781

To me yes it's working better than the honey. The reddish tones have disappeared now and more golden tones have arrived.  I would say it's working better.  It took me two whole months to go from coffee to a dark, reddish tone of brown. But that reddish tone disappeared in approx 4 days with the eye drops.

I think what I'm going to do next time is have a look at all the brown tones of hair dye for a particular make, e.g. L'oreal or something, and then list which ones I've gone from and to.  That's probably going to give people a better idea.  Sounds stupid I know, but it's probably a better way to describe it.  :-)

  61. Guest7300

That sounds like a good idea as long as your eyes are showing shades of brown.  But also keep in mind that the color spectrum of eyes is different than that of hair.  Hair would go from black to brown, all the way to blonde or even white.  Eyes would go from black/brown to hazel to green to blue.  If you keep lightening your eyes to the point that they are no longer brown, but enter the hazel/green range, I think you won't be able to rely on the hair color spectrum any more.

    Just a thought!

  62. Guest2763

    Hehe yea!

By the way, there are new before and after pictures on the Isis website.

  63. Guest8208

     Hello,

I bought this product and the mono cream. well my eyes were a dark brown to begin with the only thing that their products did was whiten my eyes the iris is still a deep dark brown. I'm now frustrated that I wasted my money. o and the mono cream gave me vigilito patches on the bikini line.

  64. Guest2333

Guest 22481981 how long did you use the product?

  65. Guest1433

    CoffChest

  66. Guest1878

coffee/chestnut, how is your progress coming along?

  67. Guest3015

I am not coffee/chestnut, but I'm on day 26 now of MSM/arbutin and there has been no change what-so-ever.  I'm losing hope and I don't think this is going to work for me.  I'll keep going for a few months just in case.

  68. Guest2737

    Hi it's CoffeeChestnut

So far it's going well.  I put the MSM in my eyes every hour for 3 hours, then on the 4th hour I use Arbutin, then I use MSM for another 4 hours, then Arbutin in the evening.

In the light (standing inside the house, by my door), I'm nearing a lighter chestnut colour.  I have been using the drops since 31st Dec 2010 so lets say since new year 2011.  It is definitely working and I'm very optimistic.

Even more optimistic since seeing the new pictures on the Isis website.

Anyone else doing well with Isis Arbutin?

  69. Guest4983

Hi I was thinking about buying the iris lightening kit, But my wonderings are for how long does one kit hold before you have to buy a new bottle ?? and does this exists in europ yet ??

  70. Guest7499

It is sold online so unless they do not ship internationally, it is available to everyone.

On topic, I've been using the honey-chamomile drops along with MSM. Initially, I did this because I'm prone to eye infections, sensitivity and a host of other issues since a surgery that I had in the past year. The honey-chamomile I mixed myself using distilled water that was boiled, cooled & then mixed with pure honey. I did this to minimize the possibility of infection. Anyway, after a couple of weeks of use, I noticed my iris getting lighter, which prompted me to do a search online and that is how I found this page. Really odd. I suspect using the honey-chamomile is a slower process than arbutin (If it indeed works.). The honey does sting like a m**o though. Anyway, I have always had dark brown eyes. Could never ever see my pupils before until using the drops. I have to say, I'm pretty surprised that there was a lightening of the irisis. All in all I've used the drops for probably 60 days...but the first month I was pretty inconsistant with it. My goal wasn't to lighten my eyes at all but, I'm pretty surprised at the results. I also had issues with the whites of my eyes always being bloodshot. I don't know if it was the honey-chamomile or the MSM but they are noticable whiter/brighter. I don't sleep a whole lot so in the mornings they're still irritated but, nowhere near what they used to be.

Hope that helps anyone out here wondering if this works or not. I can't vouche for the arbutin yet though. I just may try it for kicks.

  71. Guest5316

I never actually bought the product, but there's no evidence at all that their product works! So, if you're planning on buying this, I would wait some more time until evidence  because it's very expensive and again no proof of before and after pictures. Sure their website has some pictures, but they could easily be fake!

P.S, I recently had an awful experience with so called (Customer Service), I basically asked a couple of questions then got the most unprofessional response anyone could ever imagine. After that I was blocked from their server. I think it's one individual behind this scam who's really trying to pull something and feels insecure about selling his/her product..  If anyone is curious here is my and their response

THEIR RESPONSE : (Excuse me but you have A LOT of nerve sending such an offensive message and expecting to receive a positive response. If it sounds like a scam to you...... Then move on, and pay it no more thought or attention. This is common sense, which apparently you lack.P.S. It's only over priced to someone on welfare...Good day

i read that 2% is the approved amount of alpha arbutin to use , i just average it with the amount of distilled water  i'm going to use . but my mixture is usually like 4 %

i have been using it for a few and i've had my best results with honey with distilled water but the reason i havent taken pics is because it isnt that noticable yet. but i will keep you guys posted on what works and what doesnt , i leave stuff on here everyday so keep checking.

  83. Guest3788

For anyone who made their own arbutin lightening drops, I have a few questions please (assuming MSM drops were also used):

    1.  Did you mix it with distilled water or saline?

    2.  Are you seeing any results?

    3.  How long did it take before there was some change?

  84. Guest9903

I've used it for almost 14 weeks now and I haven't really seen a difference.  I don't apply the MSM every hour sharp though, so I don't know if this is why it has not worked correctly.  Anyhow I am running out of it and was thinking that maybe I should give a try to the arbutin powder or the honey chamomile.  But how much of each should I mix with the distilled water? And how much distilled water? Which one is better?

  85. Guest9104

    Hi

Coffee/Chestnut here.  I've been using the MSM drops every hour and the Isis Arbutin twice a day.

In less than 3 weeks I've seen my eyes go from a reddish chestnut to a golden chestnut.  Depigmentation is definitely taking place.

  86. Guest5833

Coffee/Chesnut if it's not a big hassle to you, could you please post some before and after pics? The pics on the website aren't convincing at all. They could've easily been altered/photoshopped. We need some real pics

  87. Guest3571

Im considering getting this kit, should I make the eye drops myself or just get them.

If I were to make them by myself, can someone tell me what I need to do step by step?

I have Middle brown eyes :P, they appear dark at sometime and then they appear light at some.

  88. Guest9475

why am I having such a hard time in ordering the isis kit? It keeps saying error and I've been trying to order the kit for 5 days now... :( isis sucks... is there anyone who can tell me the measurements of making their own drops with arbutin and distilled water? Like how many grams and how they're using it? And has anyone gotten real results with making their own? Thanks... I feel so disillusioned right about now. >,<

All these people posting here seem like they're all insane and don't know what they're doing, also listening to ANYTHING someone says without proof.. Sure! put Clorox in your Eyes that would surely bleach them and make them turn purple, WTF?????

what are you all saying? for those who are really serious and new here, don't listen to these clowns.. they could be trying to trick you just so you can go blind or get a serious infectin because they don't care or are immoral...

This Golden Brown Guy and Chestnut keep swearing but they NEVER post any photos. They are probably laughing at the idiots who are listening and trying random stuff in their eyes..

As far as this ISIS PRODUCT, idk, maybe someone with a generalist perspective put these ingredients together but I must warn you if anything isn't approved by the FDA it could cause big trouble and YOU are responsible for your own actions. Don't try to sue Isis two weeks later.

    -Lance

  97. Guest6641

That's all well and good Lance but, your assumption that everything the FDA approves is good for you, shows just how much you don't know about the subject. The FDA is influenced by lobbyists and corporations. They approve MANY drugs that have harmful secondary effects to human health. Their basis for approval is whether the benefits outweigh the negatives. You want to put your life in their hands? Be my guest buddy. They have a history of controversial criteria when it comes to what is healthy or not.

As for honey drops. They are hardly harmful. Honey has been used in a multitude of ways for a good deal of milenia, including as topical eye cleansing solution. From the Summerians to the Egyptians, to the Phoenicians. That's not even taking into account the basic science behind the benefits. Arbutin (The one used by Isis and other cosmetic companies) is derived from fruits or berries. It is harmless in very low doses. And while it may or may not depigment the iris, it will not make you blind. If anything, it may not do jack sh*t. If the mechanism of the eyes (Which we still do not understand completely) is to replenish the melanin produced (Because that is the genetic instruction in the DNA), then the depigmentation is probably temporary and one would need to continue using these drops forever to see actual significant resuls. I've seen someone use the honey method. And I'll be damned if I didn't see their eyes actually get lighter. It took them about 2 and a half years and it was not so dramatic...but they definitely got lighter. Now, I don't talk to her anymore so I can't say that it was a permanent thing but, I assure you, for some people it works.

Take that as you will. And do your research before putting anything in your eyes...but at the same time, don't use the FDA as a measure of good or bad, and don't be an alarmist!

  98. Guest9226

Nobody here is likely to have used it, Dr. Douche with his professional analysis thinks it's ok as you see below. I don't, besides their website is down and payments are only accepted through paypal. Aside from that, nobody here has proof so I wouldn't listen to anyone here despite if they sound professional or not.

Has anyone here who has tried the Isis eye lightening kit had lasik done before? I just had it done 2 weeks ago and i'm scared that something might happen because my corneal flap is still healing. I know Lasik has nothing to do with the Iris, just the cornea but I just need to make sure. Also, how long does 1 eye lightening kit last? Thanks.

    To: Coffee/Chestnut

I appreciate your kind response, and now I can see I might have been wrong. You are right, I'm very impatient and don't believe things until I see absolute proof. But what bothers me is that there are tons of jack*asses on like Yahoo Answers that claim it's genetically impossible, also when I asked a specialist on this specefic thing, he answered nothing you do will change it's an old myth nothing can penetrate the isis even with arbutin. but again there are always people with generalist perspectives that are strong believers and think for themselves, not what the media says. Just like some dermatologists say there's no cure for acne but there really is.

  103. Guest5933

    To Lance from Coffee/Chestnut

I enjoyed reading your response. Yea that's a whole different debate. I personally have little esteem for Allopathic medicine/doctors since I discovered in the last year there are Ayurvedic CURES for kidney failure, alzeimers, diabetes, cancer, arthritis, osteoporosis and such like.  The proof is out there, many people have been cured COMPLETELY and no longer require medication of any sort.

On the other hand, most Allopathic doctors belittle herbal cures because they know LITTLE or NOTHING about them.  Not because they've done the research and found them not to work.

With the honey in the eyes issue, people have been using it for centuries without any problems so that indicates to me that it is relatively safe.  As with Arbutin, it is relatively new, and no one yet has mentioned or written about any issues with it.  I did a lot of research before deciding to use Arbutin.  If it does cause problems, I will tell people because I couldn't live with my conscience knowing someone else could be harmed from something I've advised.

So there you have it, not all of us are spiteful.

Doctors who rely solely on peer-reviewed & publicized research (Which if no one is funding, never gets done) will just say "Nope. Can't be done.". They forget that the medicine they practice now, is due in great part to the pioneers who put in the work when everyone else said they were crazy. History keeps repeating itself. Its good to do your own research and weigh the possible harm. In this case, we're dealing with natural ingredients.

These days, we treat natural diseases or problems with unnatural medications (FDA Approved) that come with secondary effects & also cause bodily harm or other diseases.

  107. Guest611

Hey everyone, I just got the most professional letter from Isis Cosmeceuticals

Here's what they wrote in response to my question on being so rude to customers:

(You stupid c*nt! Stop sending threats & stupid emails you weirdo b*tch. Unlike you, we'll make good on our threats. You have no idea with whom you're f*cking with. If one FALSE anything is posted ANYWHERE. We'll have someone come & crack your f*cking head open you silly b*tch!)

Of course, I never threatened anyone except by telling them I'm going to expose them which is a freedom of speech issue.. What should I do? Take it to the police? I'm swear 100% this is from Isis, the person used a different email to contact me but I got it and know it's from them because it was about 5 minutes later.

  108. Guest4791

I am really curious about this whole Iris Lightening Kit. I just want lighter eyes, and the pictures seem quite legit to me. The science behind the process makes sense as well. I would be willing to post HQ pictures of myself after using these drops for eight months, and I would also give great details of whether or not they hurt my eyes or harm my vision. I am not embarassed or afraid for people to know that I'm lightening my eye color, on the contrary, I'm proud. I'm just a poor college kid, but if someone would be willing to buy these drops and send them to me I could give all of you a legit descrpition and images of my eyes while using this product. So, if you have the money for this product, but are scared to try it, PLEASE  let me know. :)

  109. Guest2481

I have a question for those who see it working & coffee/chestnut.

How do you do the drops and arbutin? like what was the most effective? For me, change is slow.

I've been doing msm drops once every 3 hours and then a drop of arbutin. Then i put on my contacts throughout the day and at night put a drop of msm every 3 hours again and then arbutin. Am i doing something wrong? like should i be putting msm every hour? Anyways, please let me know what you guys are doing to see results. Thanks!

  110. Guest4903

How come nobody has posted before and after pics?

I'm planning on buying msm and alpha arbutin, and possibly post pics. But everyone hear keeps swearing but never post anything = (

    Hi

My progress is going well.  I've been really consistent with it and as I saw results after the 1st couple of days (reddish tones being replaced with golden tones) I knew it must work.

So... to give you an accurate idea I've moved from :

    to

    http://www.loreal-paris.co.uk/hair-colour/all-over-color/casting-creme-gloss/535-chocolate.aspx

It's been 6 weeks since I've been using it.  I started on the 1st January.

I do also add a drop of honey each day.  I also have chamomile and licorice water that I use daily too.  Seems to speed up the arbutin progress.

I'm taking Vitamin C as well.

Did you buy the drops from ebay?

    From Coffee/Chestnut

  114. Guest8973

    Hi coffee/chestunut:

Since I've commented on this board before I might as well give myself a name. So I'll go by greenyJ.

I'm really happy its working for you. The only thing is once you stop taking vitamin c...doesn't that mean the lightening effects of that will go away? I mean I don't want to take vitamin c forever, or the same thing with chamomile. I don't think that offers you permanent lightening. Arbutin I believe does. Correct? Also could you just give us an idea on your schedule. Like do you wake up at 9 a.m. and start the drops and end at 9 p.m.? How many hours do you end up using msm drops throughout the day. Anyways, I'm really excited it's working for you. I'm going to start trying to be really consistent with it. Are the changes your seeing permanent? Like are you waking up with a lighter color too?

thankz Coffee/Chestnut happy to see you're getting some good results and no i didnt buy the drops from ebay i decieded to buy the isis arbutin drops instead! i'll let you guys know how my process goes when i recieve it.  and where did you get licorice water from did you make it or buy it?

  116. Guest1492

To Dark Brown to Golden : I make the licorice water myself. I found licorice root sticks in an indian grocery store in the UK (I'm not sure where you live) and I looked on the net for how to make licorice extract. It is called Jethimade/Malethi.  I purchased water from the pharmacy to make it and I just boil 1 stick with 1 chamomile tea bag and a pinch of salt.  If I don't use the salt, the water goes bad and my eyes get sticky.

To GreenyJ : Yea this is what I'm wondering too.  What bit is permanent and what is temporary.  Not sure if the Vit C causes permanent lightening or not.  I am kind of hoping that if I use temporary and permanent lighteners, the permanent lightener will FIX the temporary results so that they no longer fizzle out.  Do you see what I mean? A bit like what hairspray does for the hair.  If when I've got to my desired colour and I see that some of the effects are wearing off, then I'm just going to have to maintain it with a drop of honey a day.

I read on the honey page that someone said that the effects of honey don't wear out completely.   So if you want to go mid-green, you have to use honey until you get to light green, so that when it fades, you end up with mid-green.  I did ask the person how they knew but they didnt reply.

    So here's the regime -

Start at 9am - 1 drop of msm each hour until 1pm = 5 drops

    1:30pm - 1 drop of arbutin

    2pm - 4:30pm - 1 drop of msm each hour = 4 drops

    4:30pm - 1 drop of arbutin

6pm - 1 drop of licorice and chamomile potion

Before bed - 1 drop of honey in each eye

Then give up for the day.  This regime is approximate.  The time of licorice/chamomile can vary.  I also use honey in the morning as well.  Just one drop while I'm brushing my teeth with my eyes closed.

I also take NAC and MSM tablets.  Started in January. My skin has gotten so light I've had to change foundation shades twice because foundation is starting to look orange on me.  I read NAC and MSM lightens eyes too, so that was my main purpose of using them.  Skin lightening is a side effect for me.

So as you can see I'm pretty hardcore when it comes to eye lightening.  At the rate it's going I think I might get to hazel/green by the end of the year.  Who knows, but it's worth a try.

For those on the honey forum that got green eyes in a month, I think maybe they already had green eyed relatives so the transition was quick.

  117. Guest4953

    hi coffee/chestunut, it's greenyJ:

Well, I don't know how dark your eyes are. Like in the light my eyes are (when I look to the side) are a golden brown. Well, to be honest the person who used it for 6 months and their eyes got real light brown almost hazel, I would think they would at least get a light hazel by another 6 months. And they didn't say they used anything else but was just consistent with it. So I would think you WOULD get hazel/green by the end of the year. Especially if you see it changing already. So how much milligrams/tablets do you take of NAC, MSM, and vitamin C tablets? And I'll try the licorice/chamomille too. How do you do it I guess? Like boil a stick of licorice and soak it in chamomille and a bit of salt and dip your fingers in it and put it on your eye? Btw, how's your progress? It does seem you are very serious about it, so let us know if you really see it lightening. I think if we're persistent with it both of us will have hazel/green by next year. :)

    GreenyJ

P.S. I'll start doing the stuff you're doing too. However, I'm pale so I'm afraid to get any whiter. XD Hopefully MSM doesn't do that. I was the girl with the contacts thing, so I've just started doing it "correctly" I guess.

  119. Guest5677

    Hi greenyJ here:

Well, I think what I'm going to do is buy some licorice extract, boil some chamomile tea and let it cool and then put some extract there diluted and once it cools, drop the solutin in my eye. I think that's pretty much what you're doing as well right coffee/chestnut? I don't know how dark your eyes are, mine I think are a cool golden brown in the light with a bit of golden/slightly green streaks at the bottom. Btw, how much milligrams/tablets do you take of NAC/MsM/and Vit C? Let us know how the progress is, but I believe your eyes will become a hazel/green by next year. I mean the person who used it for 6 months and didn't say she was using anything else turned into a light brown almost hazel in 6 months. So I think if we stick at it for a year, our eyes will change to a light hazel/green. Your seeing good lightening already, so.... I believe so. :) I guess just keep us updated on the progress. I'll let you know once I see significant lightening too. I am wondering about the permanent v. temporary effects though. Hm...

  120. Guest3484

    Hi GreenyJ

    I take 1000mg of each.

It might be a good idea to get licorice root rather than the ready made extract.  I say this because there may be additional ingredients in the ready made extract to preserve it.

The colour I started off with is in the first link below (hair dye colours - rich expresso).

By the way, there is a new before and after pic on the Isis website.

Let me know how you're going with your progress.

I just started today, I have MSM and Arbutin also Saline.. Luckily I didn't have to buy these stuff because my folks at home wear contacts, just went for the arbutin..

The mixture doesn't burn or sting at all when I tried them...

Now, Coffee/Chestnut answer me this, what forum exactly are you on? I wish you would have posted a link, it'd probably be forever until I hear from you again.

    Hi GreenyJ

    1000mg of each.

If you can get the Licorice root itself rather than a ready made extract with other ingredients added for preservation, that would probably be safer.

Some days I get really impatient with the progress.  The colour I started off at is the 1st link (hair dye range below) and I've ended up with the second link so far.

Let me know how you're going too.

Hi everyone..  Im happy to see people are getting results.. Im too poor for the drops and too scared considering the bad reactions haha.. So I'm going to try the honey/arbutin/msm thing... I've read almost every post in this thread but it's still a bit unclear to me.. I was hoping if someone could inform me with the following:

-If considering an all vegan way to lighten the iris, would you recommend using ONLY honey or honey AND the arbutin aswell? Is there also an organic version of arbutin (mayb stupid question but I have absolutely no idea and Im really scared that it may have any bad long-term effects)

-Would a drop in the morning and evening be sufficient to see significat results? I have almost BLACK eyes and am of Indian/Asian descent..

-Do you have any special ways of preparing the solutions?

Again, congrats to those who have seen results.. Anyone mayb kind enough to share some photos?

If it works for me, I will definately post pics because I'd want others to benefit aswell if this is really the case..

    Thanks !!!

Guest21666869 is certainly correct. The product does in fact lighten your eyes, the more you use it the lighter your eye become and they change color and get even lighter. BUT, it doesn't stop at blue, eyes CAN most definetly be Grey wich comes after the blue. Grey IS a real eye color and is lighter than blue.

  125. Guest3921

Guest23119288, how do you know the product will work and make eyes turn blue or even gray eventually?  Have you used it (or know someone who has used it) to this point?

  126. Guest3115

     HI there!

I have been using this aplha arbutin product and I certanly have experienced some lightening ..  Honestly I did not much believe on this process since the eye has very protected membranes, and YES  MSM really does the  permeability job   for alpha arbutin...

But I'm using DIY MSM.. because ISIS uses to low concentrations.. YOU CAN REALLY BOOST THE PROCESS WITH MSM DROPS!

I was not using MSM before i could see the difference.. it really boosts the process.

  127. Guest7966

    It's not possible!

I have already spoken to an eye specialist about this and she said there's no way to dipigment the iris...

Most people on here are correct about the horrible service. I was astonished. I only asked them if they made the products and if it had been approved by any optomologists and they were really really rude and disrespectful. I was actually going to buy the product but now I am not going to because I am to fearful because of their defensiveness. I will do this on my own. I think that ppl should know that this is the worst and creepiest customer service I have ever experienced!

    Guest21642419,

You are SO WRONG. Do your research, and don't make things up!

Everyone has the same base eye color (without pigments). Anything that inhibits/transforms/removes pigments would work in the same manner with ALL eye colors.

     Guest21642419

Yes, it does work. It just might seem like it doesn't because it takes some time to see the results. Use it for a year (if you can afford it!) and you will see some changes. Just remember, the product will definitely not change your eye color, but only make it lighter. If your eyes are black, they can only be brown and never hazel. If you try, you're eyes will only become yellowish light brown and still not hazel. Hope this helps. :)

Hey, I'm so happy I happened on this site.  First of all, let me say that the guests that complained about Isis Cosmeceuticals being rude and shady, are 100% right.  I was so happy when I found their site and sent an e-mail because I had a question about the safety of the lightening kit before purchasing it.  It had to do with my implants surgery which I got when they removed beginning cataracts from my eyes.  They did not respond so I went online to their forum.  No one was ever at their forum.  I tried for 4 days and there was never one solitary person in the forum with whom I could chat to find out anything.  I bapped another e-mail to the company and still no response after 2 days.  By this time I am exasperated, but not enough to go ahead and purchase without getting some kind of response.  I then sent a 3rd email (last night) and asked what the matter was with the company and the forum.  Why was there never anyone there to interact with.  Well, this morning after checking my e-mails and still not finding any response, I clicked on the Isis link and lo! and behold! they have banned me from their site. Can you believe that! Btw I was lucky enough to ready some of their forum posts before being banned.  They are warning  everyone about 'some people who are trying to make their own iris lightening solution'.  They even offer some tips on being how you should take precautions with the sanitary aspect involved in preparing the solution, if you insist on doing it yourself.  Of course, they don't tell you how to do it.

I read each and every post, but still I am a bit confused about the whole procedure of doing this myself.  I wish someone would just write down the exact measurements for making this solution. Someone mentioned alpha arbutin (10% with 90% distilled water).   Does that mean like 1 part albutin and 9 parts water?  What about the MSM? Can you buy that already made or you have to mix it yourself?  And if you have to mix - how much MSM and how much water?

Is Saline better or is distilled?  Also, the honey and Chamomile? Is this like an entirely whole different solution in itself?  Do you mix honey with the chamomile tea?  How much honey should you add to the tea?  As you can see I have questions galore.  Can someone help me?

To Seashell:  How do I register to your eyecolor board?  I don't see a registration link. Would very much like to register so I can participate and see other people's views and comments.  Will await your comments or responses.

    Thanks everyone.
