hi rahul pawar birth 2-10-70 at noon 12.30 in pune want job assurance

in my job i work for last 3 year on junior level have to face many distrubance while doing day to day working with my one up staff.a fear arouse about my job stability.I have come accros a majour accident it a brain related due to which my work speed and confidence level become less.Want to know does my company ower kick me from my job because of this behaviour of my one up senior or i can continue the job as a fear come in my mind about the same.I dont want to loose this job
