how can I stop my yahoo email inbox from being deleted?

about 2 days ago I went to my yahoo inbox to retreive my new and saved emails.  They were ALL deleted. tI had more emails sent to me, I received them but when I logged off and logged back on they were all deleted again. This is continuing to do so.  Why is yahoo deleting and not saving my emails?  some of my emails in the inbox are very important and cannot be replaced.   PLEASE HELP!!!

    I had the same problem recently.  Someone had hacked into my email and was having everything forwarded.  Check your forwarding options to make sure they are not being sent to another address.
