how can a damaged lcd of my cordless phone be replaced/repaired

the ribbon cable of the display lcd of my vtech cordless phone is detached from both ends/sides.the cable is 1.5" wide having 95 wires. can i get a new cable and attach it to the lcd? or will i have to replace the lcd? what option i have got and from where i can get the lcd or ribbon cable? an early answer will be highly appreciated. thanks.

    Take the phone to the company's care center and then get it replaced from there.
