   well the only thing that matters is control over your nerve's self confident can be built with in days. only we have to trust and motivate our self so  that we can do this work and this can be done only by me. one should start making decision in the normal life and never hesitate to speak. confidence can be built can you have the all knowledge of the particular topic.
