how do I dowload pictures from my camera?

I get the error message code "failed to transfer images from the camera" in ImageBrowser from my Canon PowerShot SD890 IS. It appears to be missing a file to save the videos in. I have set the Save file in ImageBrowser, but I get the failed to transfer message. How do I set up a file for the movies and images to save to? Thank you, Christine

    you can transfer the data through data cable.
