how do good things happen?

i know good things happen all the time to people.........i'm just wondering if there is a process of good things happening? is there some way to know if good things are going to happen to me tomorrow or next week?

    good things happen all the time. if you want a secret here it is.....good things will happen to you tomorrow if you show patience while experiencing the hardships yesterday and today......if you remain positive and optimistic good things are definately in store for you and on there way to your door. i just think if you do good today and be patient when bad is done to you, then tomorrow good will be done to you.
