how do i really know that im pregnant?

Ive been peeing a lot and i have had headaches, and i have been running a fever for like 12 days now my b***s sometimes have sharp pains and i had what i thought to be by pried but it was like 2 weeks early and lasted like 4 days, and i should have my pried on the like the 10th or the 11th, i took a pregnancy test and it came out - but could i still be pregnant.
