   In order to activate your online album account you need to send a picture from your U.S. Cellular wireless phone to telephone number 4444 to receive a text message with your login instructions. Therefore, i believe you have to send your pictures to this number, which will be automatically transferred to your online album, that later on you can share with your friends.
