   Those vehicles have a problem with the base gasket. I would check with some propane or carb cleaner and try to establish if there is a vacuum leak somewhere on the engine. When the enrichment hits the vacuum leak the engine will change the idle speed If the base gasket is ok, check everywhere else for a leak as this would be my first place to look for a fast idle.
