how do you put music video on sylvania smpk8099 mp3 player it does not take itunes?

   It comes with a music manager on the set up disk,  then you can copy from your itunes into the media manager...however mine did not transfer the artist name, etc only the song name. click on the "help" tab on the media manager. To get to the media manager, insert the driver disk and 2 folders will show--driver and MP3set5.01. open that and select the file that has what looks like a life preserver (white circle with red lines on it). It is pretty easy to transfer, just click the media lib (media library) and click the button on top "add" then it lets you choose where, just select the itunes library. Hope that helps!
