   Remove the tire from the rim or remove the tire & wheel assmbly from the tractor itself?
   
   From the rim:
   After releasing the air, you're going to have a tough time "breaking the bead" from the rim.  You just can't get the necessary leverage without using a special tool that the tire dealers use.
   You can stomp on it, pound it with a rubber hammer 'til you're tuckered out, but the chances are slim you will have any luck.
   Take it down to your local tire dealer and ask them to break the bead for you.  It's quick and they may not even charge you.
