   13 Star flags were made throughout American history.  Even up until the early 20th century, 13 star flags were officially used on US Navy ships.  There are no 13 star flags, which date to the period where we actually had 13 states, known to exist.  The value of your flag depends, among other things, on when it was made, how it was made, it's star pattern and it's size.  I would have to see a picture of the flag to tell you more about it's origins, age, and thus it's value.  If you want, send a picture to my email at iasso @ sprynet.com (remove the spaces before you send) and I can tell you what a similar flag might sell for at auction.
