how to apply for a divorce after 3 months of marriage?

i hav been married for 3 months and have lived aftre marriage on ly for about 3 or 4 days with my husband,he acted as if he loved me before marriage but after marriage i realised that he married me becuase of money and for dowry...........he even squeezed my neck and pushed me out of the house in front of my parents................even his parents are greedy for money.........and they created such situations that me and my family ended up in a heated discussion and now they are using their dirty tactics related to that incident and trying to opt out of the relationship but does not want to give back the money they took from me for marriage expenses...........i too wanna move out of this relationship and want a divorce bu ti w2ant back my money? now wat should i do...........pls help me

before you gave them the money.. did you pull any legal document? do you have any proof written or a witness to show that you gave that money away. plus where do you live.. divorce rules vary with places. you should consult a good lawyer.
