I tired losing weight alot of times but everytime i stop i gain it back? is there a permenant solution to this?

    Weight loss is one of the most commonly discussed topics of our routine life. One should make it a habit to drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday that makes a minimum of 2 liters. Taking water gives a right reason to the kidneys to wash out the waste quickly which in turns burns the fat in our bodies.  Not taking enough water lets kidneys take help from the lever to carry out this function.     Instead of reading all of this, just eat healthy, excercise regularly, drink plenty of water, and have regular checkups. There are no beneficial shortcuts for weight loss.
