    There is nothing like making your own wine and drinking, It is quite a satisfaction especially when the wine is made by yourself.
   
   you will need the following things to make wine.
   
   Large nylon straining bag
   
   Food-grade pail with lid (2 to 4 gallons)
   
   Cheesecloth
   
   Hydrometer
   
   Thermometer
   
   Acid titration kit
   
   Clear, flexible half-inch diameter plastic tubing
   
   Two one-gallon glass jugs
   
   Fermentation lock and bung
   
   Five 750-ml wine bottles
   
   Corks
   
   Hand corker
   
   The above equipment will be available in any wine making and brewing shop.
   
   After the equipment is gathered you have to perform the following steps.
   
   Inspect the fruit to be ripe.
   
   Keep your equipment clean.
   
   Adjust the wine juice with the help of titration kit by checking the acidity level which should be 6 to 7 grams per litre.
   
   Rack the wine by transferring fermenting wine away from sedmented one.
   
   Bottle the sedmented wine into wine bottles.
   
   Your wine is ready to be drinked.
