Question:

hrmc-15 tv button wont remain lit to program

When i try to program and I hold the TV & Mute button for at least 2 seconds, the TV indicator light doesn't remain lit. So I can't program. This happened after batteries died and were replaced. Remote had been working previous to this. Any help is greatly appreciated.
