Question:

i have a MacBook and i cant access my cameras. how do i do it?

The page comes out blank. When i acces it, the system ask for user and password, when i put the info on it, the page comes out blank. Is there  a program i need to download? what should i do?

    If all you want to do is download the pics from your cameras, just get yourself a card reader and use it to download to a folder you create on your desktop.
