i have a TEAC equalizer that will show display but gives no sound

   there should be tape 1, tape 2, and another red and white connection on the back of the amp (in and out) connect that one to red and white rca cables, not the tape 1 or tape 2. maybe it says main or something. connect that to the line in and line out of the eq, out to in, and in to out. thats 2 rca cables. now look on the front of the amp for a button called adp/3, or adtp./tape3 or some button you  might not know what its even for and press that (not mm or mc) and make sure allthe buttons are pressed correctly on the eq (power, equalize)
