   In order to get back your RBSE class 10th marksheet, you must contact the board office, Ajmer. You can find the contact information from the RBSE website. At the office, you will have to fill up an application form for a duplicate mark sheet. There may be some charge for this.

   To get the duplicate copy of result, just go to the main office of the board, fill the application form for duplicate copy with all the necessary details. Hopefully, you will get the copy asap and make sure that you don't loose it again. If you find it difficult to manage your paper documents, you should consider professional help for it. However, i can't tell you any name  of such service. But yes, i read on facebook page, 'clip to click' about soon to be launched service that would facilitate individual document management.
