i just got a xo1750 installed, when i tried to put in a cd it wouldnt go in all the way, what could

the sd card reader wont work either along with the usb. only the radio and auxilary work

    Take the 2 packing screws out of the top of the player. They should be under a yellow piece of cardboard with arrows pointed to them.
