if a hiv infected man doesnt ejaculate can the woman still catch the virus

over a month ago i had  drunken unprotected s*x with a man of egyptian origin i met in a club, i realised the stupidity of what i was doing and stopped before he could ejaculate, 2 days after i began to feel very unwell and i had flu like symptons after reasearching further i became aware that these are early symptons of the hiv, i am sick with worry and i have no idea what the risk of me being infected is and what  to do  if i am , please please help
