im a skywards member noEK 220165886. i have tried to log on and check my account but i cant.

When i put my password in im told that it does not match our records.I have tried the forgot password option but i cant get connected. Its the same with the e-mail me my password option nothing happens.When i went to manage booking i was told that my details were not on file.I dont know what to do.
