im worried my lip is infected,

i got it pierced friday afternoon. and it kind of stopped swelling from ib profin but theres a bit tanish puss the size of a bb coming out the inside, im not sure to use peroxide or mouthwash or neither. ive been applying seasalt and warm water alottt could that be the problem? i also smoke but seasalt it after every cig
