   17 Million of the 45 Million "Uninsured in America" live in households earning more than $50,000 in annual income (38% of the uninsured in America). 9 Million reside in households earning more than $75,000 (20% of the uninsured in America). 18 Million (40% of the uninsured in America) of the 'Young Invincibles" between the ages of 18 and 24 would rather spend money on tobacco, eating out and cell phone bills than they would purchasing Health Insurance. 14 Million (31% of the uninsured in America) are eligible to enroll in Free Federal Entitlement programs like Medicaid and SCHIP but choose not to enroll. More than 12 Million Illegal Immigrants don't buy Health Insurance but still get "Free" Health Care. This is why Millions of American's don't buy Health Insurance. Because it's "Free". There are 217 Free Clinics and Hospitals around the country. It is also a Federal law that if you are within 250 yards of a hospital Emergency Room anywhere in the U.S. you can not be refused Medical Treatment.
   
   Sadly, what those Millions do not realize is that NOTHING is FREE. All of it costs, and costs dearly. Worse yet, 46% of U.S. residents pay no INCOME taxes whatseover. This means that the rest of us have the privelege of paying for all of these "Free" health care subsidies. Until things change in this country and there is a law that mandates the purchase of at the very least catastrophic Health Insurance coverage. Things will continue to be "Free" ....until there is NO ONE LEFT to pay for it all!
