Question:

jenn air microwave not heating up anything

it seems to run normal, vent opens, makes the same noise it always has, plate rotates inside, just when its done,  food is the same temp as when it was put in.

    If your oven is not working properly than you must visit their service center near you because they can fix this problem in a better way after checking it properly.
