keep getting error #13 what does it mean?

   The drain may be clogged.  Open the panel on the bottom right hand corner by turning it counter clockwise and popping it open.  Prepare for water pouring out of the drain.  Twist the drain cover open.  Remove anything that could clog the drain and close the cover and panel.  Switch machine off and then to the setting desired.
