lost manuel model #E13320 tv can you help

can you help me get my tv out of the sleep mode?  it does nothing when i try the remote or the power button on the tv  i know this tv has to have a convertor box  i have that  but i can't get it to come on at all

    can not get tv out of sleep mode  i gues that is the problem  it will come on at odd times by itself  but when i try to turn it on it does nothing
