mfd 6020 printer scanner, copier installed but wont print

Hi, i have just installed the mfd 6020 printer, scanner and copier on my Mac but I din't think it's regitering the Driver. I've tried a few times. It comes up with the name in the printing box and seems as though it is preparing to print but then nothing happens. Can you help?

    mine its black paper comung out what is the problem
