   don´t know why. but i´m from brazil, i bought my by amazon.com and i´m at the same situation.
   anybody can help us?

   man... i discovered.
   there is a pink wire, named breaking wire, put it in a metal object, just them to contact and try it.

   Well, I am from costa Rica and i bought it from amazon, and i have the same problem, i will try with the pink cable and i´ll let you guys if it actually works
