    I am pretty sure you have a virus. If you can run your antivirus program. Also, if you can download Malwarebytes and run it it will help find problems. If your compouter is too bad to do any of this you can try doing it in Safe Mode with Networking, or ask someone to download to a USB drive.

    Better yet, take it to a shop and after they have saved your computer for you ask them to teach you what you need to know to prevent this from happening again.
