my hamster is dragging his legs behind HELP!!!

hi my hamster is dragging his legs behind he fell from hes cage and ever since that hes has been dragging his legs im really worried about him my nan says hes broken his back.
What have i done since that: Well i have put him in a normal cage and no wheel but i have put food and water he has a brother and at the moment there in sepret cages but i will keep them in seeing each other

Can you bring him back to the Petco? All pet stores have contract with veterinarians, who can diagnose and treat problems, and euthanize, if that is the humane thing to do. i dont think it is painful he is walking about is it alright for his brother to keep seeing him oh by the way there a syran hamsters
