   I had the same problem about 6 months ago.  The problem was the fan was no longer working.  The repair man replaced the fan which sends the cold air to the top of the fridge.  In Canada the cost was about $250 for parts & labour - not sure if thats a good price or not, but it was a Saturday call which was serviced and fixed within 4 hours of my call.  Hope this helps.
   
   BTW, I just returned home from vacation to find my fridge not having ANY cold air in the freezer or fridge (all contents of fridge & freezer had to be thrown out).  Called the service guy again, this time it was the compressor - needs to be replaced at a cost of C$700 parts & labour.  He tried to see if it was the relay switch first, but that was working so its the compressor thats the problem.  Lucky me!
