   A phone normally says no service when it is out of the service area of the cellulay company it is hooked up to or if the signal is so weak that it cannot be picked up. Also, if the antenna system has been damaged in any way, you would not get any service. Take the cell phone to your cell service provider and ask them to check it out for you.
