   someone close to me has suffered years from vertigo and can sympathize with you.... But you need to provide more information on your situation; is it a new problem or has it been there for a long while? do they happen all times of the day or only certain times? it could be anything and once i know more about your situation i'll try to see how i can help?  I have had two cervical fusion this past year and I had similar symptoms. You need to talk to your doctor about getting an MRI.
