    How do I activate?  I see that I am not the only one who thinks your site is lousy.  When I go to the designated site, it says, "How do i activate?"  then there is a box that says, answer the question, so I enter that box, and get nothing.  Shall I assume that I am not activated?  Is this some sort of "catch 22" or joke?  I don't get it.
