    What is your model number?

    When it goes off, how long does it take?

    Always the same basic amount of time or is it random?

    When it goes off, is it "dead", meaning no display, no light when you open the door and no beeps when you press a key?

    If so, does it come back on my itself in a few minutes when it cools down?

    Or does it seem like someone unplugged it then plugged it back in?
