problem with bunn coffemaker

grounds barley get wet in the process??? we have taken apart cleaned. used pipe cleaners to clean out small holes??? still we are wasting tons of grounds???

    Hello-I work for Bunn-O-Matic and will be happy to help you.  If you are using a finer ground coffee(such as a decaf or half and half blend), Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Eight-O-Clock Coffee, etc., you need a different sprayhead called a flow restrictor sprayhead.  If you will call our customer service#-800-352-2866-we can get your name and address and send you one free of charge.  Thanks!
