projection tv hitachi 60sbx78b

A couple of days ago it stopped working and won't turn on.  Here is what I've done so far, I tried leaving the set unplugged for days and it didn't help.  I took the back off and observed what is happening when I do plug it in.  I hear a small click and four little green lights come on, then another click and another green light comes on then they all fade away and nothing happens.  The fuse does not look burnt or damaged in anyway.  Nothing on the boards looks damaged.
