pt-91 cm monitor has no power

yesterday, I had my stereo installed and the monitors worked fine.  Today, they have no power.

    Hi,

    Oh and about getting an RMA, they didn't blink about agreeing a replacement as soon as I explained the problem which makes me think its obviously an issue. Lastly, customer service arranges dates to pick up the monitor, but they dont turn up and after I call they say they had none in stock ?! and when the couriers do turn up they're over a week late - which for me meant I kept missing them so took 3 attempts and 3 months.
